Short-run DVD-R duplication is cost-effective for runs under 1000 and useful for photo albums, video magazines, product and training manuals, movie demos and product test marketing. Terms & Technical Information: All orders to be paid in advance. All shipping is paid by customer. Turnaround times quoted are based on having received all in-specification components for the entire project. No work will proceed on any order until the appropriate funds have been received. For further information see Terms on our Contact / Terms page.

• Glass Mastering is included in our replication prices and is based on approved format being provided: DLT 2000XT with DDP 2.0 Formatting or DLT 4000XT with DDP 2.10 Formatting. DDP Image files submitted on DVD-R or external USB/Firewire hard drive. *DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+R DL (dual layer) properly formatted for DVD. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning DVD Authoring/Encoding or Pre-Mastering.

• The current input images for HD-DVD (DDP 3.0 or CMF 2.0) and Blu-ray (BDCMF 0.92) are sent either electronically or on USB / Firewire Hard Drive. Master Carrier Methods: SGN / Wam!Net or USB/Firewire Hard Drive  *It is recommended that streamer tape (DLT, AIT etc.) as carrier format is not used as a master. If you are authoring with DVDit Pro HD v6.3 or older please note that it uses CMF version .89. Therefore, it will be necessary to upgrade to Version 6.4 which supports BDCMF version .92.

• Disc charge does not include Macrovision™ royalties. Macrovision™ copy protection and licensing to be coordinated by client. Contact us for further details.

• DVD Check Disc(s) provided at additional cost on short runs. Any order requiring check disc(s) that result in changes to content (not due to replication production errors) will be charged to customer at prevailing rates. Customer will be charged for initial glass master/molds and any other further check discs and/or subsequent glass masters/molds required, regardless of the replication quantity. Call for prices.

• Turnaround times quoted are based on the receipt of all in-specification components. All shipping FOB our plant.

Overs & Unders: We make every effort to produce the exact number of units ordered and in doing so may produce overrun to meet job requirements, but the customer will not be charged for any overrun. The customer may elect to purchase any existing overrun as an option.
