DVD-5 Replication Package Specifications

RETAIL READY PRICING:
1) Shipping is not included in retail ready package price. FOB our Plant.
2) No overruns or underruns. All customers will be charged for actual
    quantities shipped.
3) Additional fee for requested check disc. Customer must sign-off approval of     check disc to run job. Check disc fee waived on orders over 5000.
4) Customer approval of disk and jacket color electronic proofs required.
5) Shipping and cost for check discs or hard copy color proofs to customer for
    approval to run are not included and transit times are not included in turn times.
6) Printing of folded inside inserts or brochures are not included.
7) Package pricing based on 7-10 working day turn times.
    Need a job faster? 5-7 day turnaround available for rush orders.
    Rush orders will incur up charges. Prices subject to change.

DVD FACE SCREEN or OFFSET PRINTING:
1) Up to five colors total on Disc face included -- one to four CMYK or spot colors
plus white base layer. No hidden film charges.

DVD PRE-MASTER REQUIREMENTS:
1) DVD-R "General" or "Authoring" disc or DLT tape can be used for DVD-5
    •Two DLT tapes required or DVD+R DL (dual layer) for DVD-9
    •Two DVD-R "General" or "Authoring" disc or DLT tapes can be used for DVD-10
    • DDP Image files submitted on DVD-R or external USB/Firewire hard drive.
2) Optional CSS encryption or Macrovision™ encryption of glass master.
    Both encryption processes require DLT pre-masters or DDP Image files.
3) Macrovision™ copy protection and licensing fees to be coordinated by client.     Contact us for further details.
4) Copyright authorization by signed IPR form required to replicate on all orders.

Terms: All orders to be paid in advance. All shipping is paid by customer. Turnaround times quoted are based on having received all in-specification components for the entire project. No work will proceed on any order until the appropriate funds have been received. For other information see Terms on our Contact/Terms page.

Overs & Unders: We make every effort to produce the exact number of units ordered and in doing so will produce overrun to meet job requirements, but the customer will not be charged for any overrun. The customer may elect to purchase any existing overrun as an option.
